Tarkoitettu käyttö:
Kone on tarkoitettu malminäytteiden märkä-tai kuivajauhatukseen. Vain perehdytetty henkilö voi kuljettaa, asentaa, käyttää ja huoltaa konetta. Koneen käytttö ympäristössä, joka on siisti, eikä siellä ole ylimääräisiä tavaroita.
Konetta käytetään vain sille tarkoitetussa käyttöpaikassa.

• Koneessa on pyörivä jauhatusrumpu, johon lisätään näyte ja teräskuulat / jauhatustangot.
• Rumpua pyöritetään moottorilla asetetun ajan verran.
• Näyte jauhautuu hienojakoiseksi.

Kone käynnistyy vain silloin, kun jauhatusrumpua ympäröivä suojus on kiinni. Mikäli suojus avataan (käännetään auki) prosessin aikana, pysähtyy rummun liike. Kone ei myöskään käynnisty mikäli suojus ei ole alhaalla. Kyseessä on siis. ns. toimintaan kytketty ympäröivä suojus.

Designed for industrial use, especially for grinding ore samples. The drum is rotated by an electric motor, and the device contains no other power-driven moving parts. The grinding machine is permanently mounted on a height-adjustable electric table.

Intended Use:

The machine is intended for wet or dry grinding of ore samples. Only trained personnel are allowed to transport, install, operate, and maintain the machine. The machine must be used in a clean environment, free of unnecessary items. It must only be operated in its designated location.

• The machine features a rotating grinding drum, into which the sample and steel balls or grinding rods are added.
• The drum is rotated by the motor for a set period of time.
• The sample is ground into a fine powder.

The machine will only start when the safety guard surrounding the grinding drum is closed. If the guard is opened (swung open) during operation, the drum will stop rotating. The machine will also not start unless the guard is in the closed position. This is known as an interlocked safety guard.
